- Registration 2pm -6pm at Eagles Hall lounge.
- Ritual competition Ladies, Small (afternoon) 2-4 time to be confirmed.
- Golf tourney 1pm and dinner at 6 small hall.
- Executive meeting 7pm Aerie Small Hall, Ladies auxiliary Big Hall.
- Dinner available Burger and beer 5-6pm.
June 6/2024 Thursday,
- 9am to 11am registration
- 9am to 10am Memorial practice big Hall.
- 9am to 10am Aerie hosting a workshop on Cursory Survey – TBD waiting for PP to respond. 11am open ceremony sharp – big hall
- 12-12:45 lunch small hall
- 1pm afternoon session (L.A. big hall) Aerie small hall
- Memorial 4pm (Big Hall)
- 5-6pm dinner in small hall
- 6pm Provincial Past Presidents dinner (big hall) after dinner
- Aerie will go into small hall for there meeting
- Entertainment will be in the lounge from 7pm
June 7/2024 Friday,
- Breakfast 7-8:30 small hall
- 9am morning sessions (L.A. Big Hall) Aerie (small)
- 12 12:45 Lunch small hall
- 1-4 afternoon sessions (same as morning)
- Banquet 5:30 doors open, Dinner around 6 and MCs to control that night.
June 8/2024 Saturday
- Breakfast 7-8:30 small hall
- 7-9 elections if required in lounge game room.
- 9 last sessions (same as Friday)
- 12 12:45 Lunch small hall
- 1pm Pictures at C.R. Lodge
- 2pm installation
- New president’s food and beverage after installations
- New president’s celebration party 5:30 doors open, Dinner and the entertainment.

- Goodbyes and save travels.
