June 4/2025 Wednesday,
2pm – 6pm Registration in Eagles Hall lounge.
TBA Ritual competition Ladies, Small Hall – time to be confirmed.
1PM Golf tourney at Saratoga followed by dinner at 6pm, in small hall.
5-6pm Burger and beverageavailable in lounge
7pm Executive meeting Aerie Small Hall, Ladies auxiliary Big Hall.
June 5/2025 Thursday,
9am – 11am registration
9am -10am Memorial practice big Hall.
11am open ceremony sharp – big hall
12- 12:45 lunch small hall
1pm afternoon session L.A. big hall – Aerie small hall
4pm Memorial (Big Hall)
5-6pm dinner in small hall
6pm Provincial Past Presidents dinner (big hall)
after dinner Aerie will go into small hall for their Entertainment will be in the lounge?
June 6/2025 Friday,
7-8:30 Breakfast small hall
9am morning sessions (L.A. Big Hall) Aerie (small)
12 12:45 Lunch small hall
1-4 afternoon sessions (same as morning)
5:30 Banquet doors open, Dinner around 6 and MCs to control that night.
June 7/2025 Saturday
7-8:30 Breakfast small hall
7-9 elections if required in lounge game room.
9am last sessions (L.A. Big Hall) Aerie (small)
12 12:45 Lunch small hall
1pm Pictures at C.R. Lodge or whatever the incoming want to arrange
2pm installation New president’s food and beverage after installations
5:30 doors open big hall,New president’s celebration party Dinner and the entertainment.
